While there seemed to be an issue with some buttons on the website directing properly (I believe it's new), the customer service was excellent. The delivery person called me when he could not find the address rather than just turn around and give him. He was patient and helpful while I explained where he should go (trying to direct someone in Texas while you're in California is not so easy). Overall, Bloomfield price, arrangement, and service was excellent.

I was ordering from England for my wife visiting relatives in Corinth. Checked availability for delivery 24-Dec. Received immediate reply. Flowers arrived on 24th and my wife was surprised and delighted; in which case, so am I.

Rhonda spent lots of time at my initial wedding consultation for my daughter’s wedding. This was not my first interview for a florist but it was my last. Her talent and knowledge shined through. She worked with my budget and the time of year to give me the warm feeling I needed with the fear I had planning a wedding. The results were fabulous and the complements were many. I ordered Stargazers and was a little disappointed when they called to say they were out of them. The woman I spoke with suggested white lillies instead, and would you know it turned out my friend's favorite flowers are white lillies and I didn't even know? Guess fate intervened! Anyway, they lasted longer than any other arrangement she received after her surgery. Thanks so much!

the delivery man was curteous and polite. The vase was so pretty and natural looking. the flowers were beautiful, arranged well and stayed fresh for several days. They kept drinking water for several days and looked great for almost a week. I was so thankful to have them and excited they have lasted like they have. Thank you
